Join our Ambassador Jodie, on a Guided wellness adventure through the hot, cold and relaxation circuit.

Guests are encouraged to be adventurous and follow Jodie’s lead as she shares the virtues of embracing extreme temperatures in a healthy way. The small group will rotate from the hot and cold installations with Jodie sharing tips & recommendations for breath control, immersing oneself in extreme temperatures safely and maximizing the wellness benefit.

As well, to support Scandinave Spa’s quiet, digital-free philosophy, a group meditation will end the guided session. With Jodie’s instruction, the meditation will transition the group from the immersions’ physical affects to a mindful, balanced state of being. Guests are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level throughout the experience.

Arrival & check-in at the Spa prior to the Spa opening- please refer to your email confirmation for your exact check-in time. a 45 minute exclusive Guided Session in hot, cold and relaxation installations. Reserved access to the Thermal Journey experience and Spa amenities. A Rental Robe for your visit. A gift from the Spa Boutique to take home.
