The Small Business Enterprise Centre presents “Cultivating the Connected Customer” workshop on Thursday, April 12th. Attend this workshop to learn: - How connected customers are different than traditional customers and how they make buying decisions - The environment of ‘e’ shopping - Why customers choose to “like” as well as “unlike” a business on Facebook - How to respond to complaints, comments and feedback - How to create a simple online survey to measure performance
The workshop is being held on the third floor of the Collingwood Public Library from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The cost is $20.00 and includes dinner.
