Location: Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club
The Georgian Triangle Development Institute presents its annual Spring Dinner.
This year the presentation will discuss recent policy reform around Brownfield Sites, and how this affects us all in the industry of property and development. July 1, 2011 marked the implementation of some significant policy changes to Ontario Regulation 153/04 with respect to how contaminated sites and Brownfield Developments are dealt with in Ontario.
Industry experts will take us through Ontario's new Record of Site Condition Process, citing specific local project examples, and telling us what we need to know about managing risk and asking the right questions.
Whether you are in development, real estate, building, finance, insurance, this is an important and relevant topic that will be broken down for us step by step.
