Just like the extra sprinkles topping on the perfect cake, the ice festival will put the perfect frosting on the top of the year. Starting on Thursday, December 27 and continuing until New Years Day, the Ice Sculpture Festival will have the downtown sparkling like diamonds; with more than thirty beautiful sculptures throughout the area.
