Success and enjoyment in activities and sports as diverse as weight training, skiing, hockey, golf or running demand centered and grounded movement, body and external sensitivity, and precise, fearless relating to the environment. Qigong works uniquely with the energy body to supply immense, relaxed power and endurance, heightened awareness, a sense of ease, balance and coordination, focus and alertness, and also aids stress release and healing. This introductory workshop combines the power of Qigong with Taoist and Buddhist breathing practices, body-based meditation, and partner- play derived from taiji and aikido. Investment: $20.
