Take your cake decorating to new heights with tiered cakes! You will learn how to properly dowel and stack a fondant covered tiered cake. You will also learn more advanced fondant decorating techniques along with the basics working with gumpaste flowers. Recommended: a cake decorating course or prior experience in cake decorating. Wednesday January 23 – Wednesday February 6, 2013 6:00-9:00pm.
