Bacchus House, Collingwood’s first 5 star Bed & Breakfast is an adult oriented property that also specializes in gourmet cuisine, wine education, cooking classes and gracious hospitality.

Annette & Andy Lee came to visit Collingwood in 2005 and fell in love with the community and the neighbouring area. With a combined 45 years of hospitality experience in Hotel/Resort, Fine Dining and Event Planning, they both new that this was the ideal location for their dream Bed & Breakfast. After viewing 142 Hume Street and its potential, they decided to make the move and start their own business.

Situated 3 blocks from Collingwood’s downtown core and a short drive to Blue Mountain and Wasaga Beach, Bacchus House is a recently renovated Victorian Home that has a choice from 4 ensuite bedrooms, gourmet custom kitchen, executive boardroom, living room with gas fireplace, dining room and entertainment deck with an 8 person hot tub, natural gas fire pit and sun deck.

Each guest bedroom is unique in design & decor. The bedrooms have queen size beds, European style furniture, luxury mattresses, 600 thread count sheets, Molton Brown Amenities, SMART TV’s, DVD players, IPOD docking stations, and complimentary internet service.

The entire home can be rented to 4 couples who can enjoy a pre-arranged Tasting Menu, partake in a Cooking Demonstration or Structured Wine Tasting with Chef /Patron Andy Lee. Andy is also currently studying for his Master Sommelier certification.
