Breaking Down Barriers Independent Living Resource Centre

Effective January 1st, 2012, all businesses in Ontario with more than one employee should have been trained in the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service. We can provide the training. The workshops will provide: An understanding of the legislative requirements; understanding of disabilities and barriers; an overview of the tools/resources to help you comply; certificate upon completion.

Other Training Dates: Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 17th, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Breaking Down Barriers Board Room.

Cost: $35.00 per person or $30.00 per person if 3 or more people from the same business/organization. We can offer training at your place of business.
