There are studies for just about everything these days. How many minutes per workday are workers ‘really’ working, is just one example. Studies also indicate that social networks at work help to provide a “collective intelligence” that is greater than the individual intelligence of workers.
Yes, work may be a series of tasks. To make those tasks more effective, however, there is the art of brainstorming. When does brainstorming take place? How does brainstorming help someone to do their other tasks better? Our April 1 event will explore how workplace collaboration leads to brainstorming and forming connections. Connections with ideas and connections with people can make your workday much more productive and fun. When you feel productive and enjoy your workday, you’re much more likely to accomplish better outcomes. Bring your ideas to this brainstorming discussion.
