Planning for your Child's Future - for parents with youth and young adults with special needs

Location: 76th First St. Collingwood
Come out and meet key community partners to talk about what families need to support their youth with special needs and how we can best communicate with you.
Teen Thursday program will also be running so families can bring along their young adult with special needs to join in the fun, pizza and drinks will be served.
