Welcome to Collingwood’s only waterfront restaurant, situated in the beautiful Living Water Resort.  Our contemporary water’s edge restaurant is custom built for full service dining, offering an extensive a la carte lunch, bar and dinner selection.  An earth to table menu approach focusing on the freshest seasonal ingredients, coupled with unparalleled service, make for a truly unforgettable experience.  At dinner, savour a diverse choice of appetizers, sustainable seafood, mouth-watering Certified Angus beef and chops grilled to perfection on our state of the art infrared broiler.   We complement our offerings with a well-chosen extensive wine list, craft beers and refreshing cocktails.  A bright stylish dining room and bar, offering breezy water’s edge terrace seating in the summer and comfortable seating in the winter by the fireplace.  A private dining room overlooking the waterfront is available for those special family gatherings or private business meetings, fully equipped with AV capabilities and flat screen television.  For a unique culinary experience, we also offer an open presentation kitchen for an entertaining or educational evening or afternoon with friends.  Come join us for creative food and drink on Georgian Bay.

There is no charge to attend the Chambers After 5 events and you can bring a one time guest who has not been previously to an After 5, so they can see some advantages of Chamber membership.
