Collingwood Public Library presents its Fall 2016 Author Talks. Join us Thursday, September 8 at 7pm as forensic anthropologist Debra Komar digs into a 19th-century mystery in her latest book "Black River Road." Using modern investigative methods, she discovers an unthinkable crime with an unlikely suspect. She is the 2016 winner of the "Canadian Authors Award for Canadian History."
