Power Of Movement Fundraiser hosted by Yoga First and Spa

Location: Central Park Arena, 85 Paterson Street, Collingwood ( behind the Collingwood Curling Club, lots of free parking)
This Power of Movement is a nation wide Yoga fundraising event hosted by Yoga First and Spa. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to come together for this Gentle Yoga class to help raise funds and awareness for arthritis and autoimmune diseases. Wear comfy clothes and bring your mat. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. By Donation. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
