Three characters take the stage and submerge us into their worlds. First, a tough, passionate soldier defends the actions of US troops towards Iraqi prisoners of war. Next, a British weapons expert confesses his reasons for lying about the existence of WMDs in the Middle East. Finally, a mother and resistance campaign leader reveals the story behind her detainment by Saddam Hussein's intelligence officers and how that changed her world. What makes these stories worth listening to? They are all based on real historical figures whose lives were forever shaped by the carnage, intrigue and horrors of the Gulf War and the Iraq War, illustrated by one of Canada's most prolific and influential playwrights.
