E3 Community Services’ primary responsibilities are to support both Adults and Children in getting full value as participating citizens in the community. We embrace the principles of inclusiveness, integration, individualization and community acceptance. E3 offers programs and services to children, youth, adults and their families.

Providing a Supported Employment program is one of many services that E3 offers. With the recent call to action by the Ontario government to hire staff with a disability, E3 Community Services is working with local businesses to help dispel myths and stereotypes and educate employers to make it easier for them to get on board.

Hiring people with a developmental disability is not about charity. It is not about sympathy or doing what’s right or good. It’s about smart business practices.

We invite you to hear more about how E3 can help you to recruit, source and pre-screen candidates for right match and fit to the job. E3 also offers education for staff and provides initial on the job coaching if required and job retention support.

There is no charge to attend the Chambers After 5 events and you can bring a one time guest who has not been previously to an After 5, so they can see some advantages of Chamber membership
