Every morning this summer at the beach there is a Free Meditation Class being offered. Just bring yourself a cushion or mat and an open mind. This is for beginners and will cover a variety of types of Meditation over the summer. Zen, Mantra Guided Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath Awareness, Kundalini, Affirmations, Taoist, TM. 8 AM, 30-40 minutes. Start your day off with a clear mind! Book on my website or through Facebook!
