Service Excellence Training at a greatly reduced rate !!
We had such an amazing response to our last Service Excellence Training that we have been given the opportunity to do it again.
$30 + GST is an amazing deal for this interactive Customer Service training opportunity. The Service Excellence Program is designed to develop employee service skills to ensure consistent service delivery to customers. It helps create a consistent service standard within your organization and provides employees with tools and techniques that help to build customer loyalty.
The session is being held this Friday March 12 at the Thornbury Library, lunch will be included.
The class is partially filled already with those left over from the last session so I only have a limited number of spots left.
