Balmoral Place Retirement Community

Welcome to Balmoral Place Retirement Community, located on Black Ash Creek in the vibrant Balmoral Village, an innovative age-in-place community in the stunning four-season Collingwood area. Collingwood’s newest seniors’ community is being built at 8 & 10 Harbour Street West and will consist of Seniors Rental Apartments, full-service Retirement Residence and a separate Assisted Living Wing. The Retirement Residence monthly rental fee covers the spacious studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den or two bedroom suites with a walk-in shower and kitchenette, as well as three nutritious meals served daily, weekly housekeeping and laundry service (linens and towels), medication management, one surface parking space per suite for licensed drivers and all utilities. We will also have a Private Car Service available for our residents to get around for appointments and shopping locally. In addition to the services provided with our Independent Retirement Living program, our Assisted Living program offers a variety of care packages and an enhanced level of service, allowing seniors to stay with us in the comfort of their home even as their care needs change. The Seniors Apartments at Balmoral Place will offer a variety of apartment types and sizes to choose from. The Apartments will feature full kitchens, laundry equipment, as well as ensuite washrooms and storage closets in most units. The monthly rental fee will include bi-weekly housekeeping and access to a full compliment of amenity spaces including the Community Clubhouse. Residents of Balmoral Place will have access to all of the amenities in the retirement residence and the Community Clubhouse. The clubhouse features fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness centre, indoor heated swimming pool, sports lounge and pub, golf simulator, greenhouse, lounges, banquet hall and so much more. The Presentation Centre and Model Suites is located at 10 Harbour Street West in Collingwood. The hours of operation is Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm and is open on Saturdays by appointment. Occupancy will be December 2017.

G-Bay Gourmet is a unique and exciting Food Truck/Restaurant on wheels.

Open from 11-7pm every day at it's stationary location at 298 Pretty River Pkwy right beside Thurst-t's Cycles. The G-Bay Food Truck is mobile and can be booked for any caterings, weddings, fairs, festivals, private in home caterings and more.

The season for great food from this eye catching food truck is May through to October. Even after these months, private intimate in home caterings can be booked through the winter months.

Every menu is designed and created by Chef Jordan Fraser with it's customers satisfaction in mind. Anything from 3-7 course fine dining menus can be executed.
