VON Adult Day Program
The Victoria Order of Nurses (VON) Adult Day Program in Collingwood, provides participants with therapeutic social and recreational activities. The programs are appropriated for adults who are frail, lonely and isolated, as well as those participants who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer disease or related dementia. The goal of the program is to maintain the participants' optimum level of intellectual, physical and social capability as well as providing respite and support to the caregiver. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am-3pm. We also offer additional services, Weekend Respite, In-home Enrichment Program, Foot Care. The VON Adult Day Program is funded by the Local Health Integrated Network.49 Raglan Street
