Art on the Street Returns to Downtown Collingwood

Align your business as a Partner with this Popular Arts Initiative!

Returning for its 13th year, Art On The Street showcases the diversity and talent of our creative community while enlivening the streets of Collingwood from late Spring until Thanksgiving weekend. Best of all…it’s accessible and free for all to enjoy. 

The program features hand-painted wooden chairs installed throughout Collingwood’s historic downtown core from late Spring to October.  This year 75 banners featuring local visual art will be added, as our comprehensive printed and digital brochure will showcase all forms of art – murals, wrapped utility panels and historic panels – located in our downtown.  

This project is not possible without businesses and organizations who partner with us to animate our public spaces and support arts and culture in our community.  Downtown Collingwood is reaching out to businesses and organizations with the opportunity to partner in this initiative by sponsoring one or more of the Art Chairs. You will be featured in the brochure as well as in an extensive local and regional marketing campaign, as we promote both our project partners and participating artists.
