The position is available immediately.

The position requires you to be able to:

• Reconcile accounts;
• Prepare trial balance of books;
• Post journal entries;
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions;
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation;
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements;
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll;
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports;
• Prepare tax returns;
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. 
• Ability to prepare working papers for Notice to Reader financial statements.

You need to know

• MS Windows;
• MS Word;
• Accounting software; Quick Books; Simply Accounting;
• Caseware/Caseview;
• MS Outlook,
• Profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience, and a college degree in Accounting or Business. 

Salary range from $39,000 to $50,000 per annum depending upon experience
