EmployNext Powered by Serco is a new locally responsive, outcome-based employment services program for jobseekers and employers in Kitchener – Waterloo – Barrie and surrounding areas as well as Kingston – Pembroke. This employment Ontario program is funded by the Government of Ontario and falls within the Government of Ontario’s vision to enhance and integrate the province’s employment services program. Together with our consortium partners, Deloitte Canada and Thrive Career Wellness in partnership with service providers, we have developed a more efficient, accessible and effective employment services program for jobseekers and employers. By partnering with us, employers gain immediate access to a robust toolkit of digital resources which will empower them to discover, hire, and retain from a vast pool of job ready candidates spanning all industries and experience levels. Additionally, employers will be connected to a wide range of network of employment service organizations to provide the employer the one-to-one support of recruiting candidates on their behalf, promoting/advertising and supporting them with in-person or virtual job fairs. All services are funded by Government of Ontario, therefore employers do not incur any fees for any services.
