Please join us at our next After 5 hosted by Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation at their downtown Collingwood office space located at 186 Hurontario Street, Unit 103.

Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation's purpose is to raise the funds that allow Hospice Georgian Triangle to provide exceptional hospice palliative care and community programming at no cost.

Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals with life-limiting illness or in their last stages of life in Town of the Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Clearview Township and Wasaga Beach. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of the patient, family, and caregivers, enhancing quality of life.
